About Amy

Healing to me is about growing into wholeness, listening from within, and being truly seen and understood. I am here to provide a metaphorical mirror to hold up for you in a safe and comfortable environment to gradually acknowledge, accept, express, heal, and grow the aspects of yourself needed to feel grounded and healthy. In our sessions together you will develop a deeper level of awareness about yourself, and feel supported – in this oftentimes noisy confusion of life – to make some fundamental changes to be the person you want, and deserve, to be.

Alongside traditional talk therapy, I bring in expressive arts, sandtray, or somatic awareness to tune into the body’s sensations and discover what is stored there. If you are interested in Eastern healing practices, I incorporate mindfulness techniques from over a decade of personal experience practicing yoga & meditation.
